Adapter for steam hose end with GW, brass, GFB, BOSS type
Adapter for spherical end and wing nut. It has a conical surface that works with the spherical sealing surface of the end. It is tightened to the spherical end using a wing nut. This creates a tight connection resistant to steam and high temperature, which is also easy to unscrew and screw without the use of tools. The thread of the wing nut has a different (larger) size than the internal thread of the GFB adapter. The GFB adapter is a typical part of a complete steam end with an internal thread. The use of the adapter allows for the creation of various connections, depending on the components used in the installation. Material: brass. Working pressure: 18 bar (+210°C) – saturated steam. Operating temperature: up to +230°C.
