CODAN injection molding hose
Industrial hose for cold and hot water for heavy-duty conditions, requiring high flexibility, abrasion resistance, weather resistance, and ozone resistance. Used, among other applications, for cooling and thermostating injection molds. Can be used for air. Application at temperatures above +95°C reduces hose lifespan. Not oil-resistant, also not recommended for air with oil mist. Recommended installation with clamps or ferrules. Inner layer: black EPDM rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic braid. Outer layer: black, blue, or red EPDM rubber. Working pressure: 20 bar. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +95°C (20 bar), from -30°C to +140°C (10 bar), temporarily up to +160°C.
