Extraction hose for transfer of aggressive vapors and gases P2PE, P2PEEL
Very lightweight, highly flexible and bendable hose designed for the discharge of aggressive chemical vapors and gases, ventilation, and air conditioning. Good chemical resistance to solvents and other aggressive vapors. Chemical resistance verification – chemical resistance table for polyethylene (preliminary selection), confirmation of resistance and application conditions – by Tubes International. Resistant to hydrolysis and biological corrosion. Does not contain halogen compounds and plasticizers. Mainly used in the chemical industry. Available on request in diameters ranging from 40 to 610 mm. The hose is available in two versions: P2PE – standard and P2PE EL – electrically conductive with a resistance of R ≤104 Ω, compliant with the ATEX directive 2014/34/EU and the TRGS 727 standard, made of black polyethylene. Hose material: polyethylene (PE), transparent – standard version P2PE, black – electrically conductive version P2PEEL. Wall thickness: 0.4 mm. Reinforcement: steel wire spiral. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +60°C.
