Hydraulic hose with an extended operating temperature range compared to standard hydraulic hoses. Confirmed hose lifespan of 300,000 impulse cycles. Standards: exceeds EN 853 1SN, ISO 1436-1SN, SAE 100R1S-AT. Inner layer: black, oil-resistant synthetic rubber. Reinforcement: single steel braid. Outer layer: blue, oil-resistant synthetic rubber resistant to ozone and aging. Working pressure: from 40 bar to 225 bar depending on hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +135°C (temporarily +150°C). For water and air, maximum operating temperature +70°C. For air above 17 bar, micro-perforation of the outer layer is required.
