Collets type LDR, LD, LR, carbon steel
LDR, LD, LR type sleeves are designed for clamping hygienic stainless steel ends (with a corrugated tail) type NH-xxK-xxx and ends with a tail for hose under a shell clamp RS, e.g., TW-KRS-xxx, NH-xxR-xxx in industrial hoses (rubber and plastic with textile reinforcement, possibly with a reinforcing spiral – suction and pressure hoses). The sleeve should be selected considering the internal diameter Dw and external diameter Dz of the hose. The length of the sleeve L may be slightly (a few mm) greater than the length of the tail of the end Lk. LR sleeves – only for ends under the shell clamp, LD – only for ends with a corrugated tail, LDR – sleeves for both types of ends. Diameter D1 [mm] – external diameter. Diameter D2 [mm] – internal diameter. Diameter D3 [mm] – locking diameter. Material: galvanized carbon steel.
