Hose for abrasive materials MULTIFLEX PU AS
Strong and thick suction-discharge hose designed for the transport of bulk abrasive substances such as powders, cement, granules, abrasives, etc. Externally corrugated, internally smooth. The inner layer is made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane. It features good resistance to external impacts and harsh operating conditions. Resistant to UV radiation and low temperatures. The hose has a copper wire covered with polyurethane arranged alongside the spiral, which, when grounded (or connected to a grounded end), dissipates electric charges. Used in industrial installations, for handling, in construction, and in shipbuilding. Inner layer: blue polyurethane. Reinforcement: hard PVC spiral. Hose material: gray and purple PVC. Working pressure: from 5 bar to 6 bar – depending on the hose diameter and temperature. Vacuum: up to 0.9 bar. Operating temperature: from -20°C to +60°C.
