Strong suction and discharge hose with an inner layer made of chemically resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UPE, UHMWPE). The inner layer of UPE is resistant to most aggressive chemicals, antistatic (R<106Ω), compliant with food hose requirements, smooth, with a low friction coefficient during flow, preventing medium deposition on the walls. This significantly facilitates cleaning and allows for use in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and food industries. Reinforced with synthetic cord and steel spirals. The outer layer is made of chemically resistant EPDM rubber, antistatic (R<106Ω), abrasion-resistant, ozone-resistant, weather-resistant, and fire-resistant. Compliant with EN 12115:11 type Ω/T requirements, fully antistatic - ensures the dissipation of electrostatic charges through the hose walls (R<109Ω). This enables the use of the hose in explosion hazard zones. The hose is widely used for various applications in the chemical industry. Standards and requirements: Chemical hoses: EN 12115:2011 (type Ω/T). Food industry, contact with food (inner layer): 1935/2004/EC, 2023/2006/EC (GMP), 10/2011/EU (simulated fluids A, B, C, D2). Installation: use smooth fittings with a spigot ("tail" to the hose) without sharp or high ribs that could cut or damage the inner layer of UPE when tightened. The spigot diameter should be precisely matched to the hose diameter to ensure tightness. Installation with clamp sleeves or band clamps. Confirmation of resistance and application conditions requires contact with Tubes International, especially for temperatures above 50°C. Inner layer: black UPE polyethylene. Reinforcement: textile cord, steel spiral. Outer layer: black EPDM rubber. Working pressure: 16 bar. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +100°C.

High-quality suction and pressure hose "FULL OHM" completely antistatic (Ω/T), designed for the transfer of highly flammable and chemically aggressive substances. The inner layer is made of perfluoroalkoxy polymer PFA (fluoropolymer with properties similar to Teflon), antistatic (R<106 Ω), mirror-smooth, meeting high hygiene requirements (FDA, USP, European EU). Intermediate layers made of synthetic rubber, reinforced with synthetic cord and a steel wire spiral. The outer layer is MARBLE type (marbled), smooth, coated with polyethylene (UPE), antistatic (R<106 Ω), meeting FDA requirements, odorless and tasteless, resistant to abrasion, ozone and aging, chemicals, and short-term action of aggressive acids. An advantage of the MARBLE layer is its low friction coefficient - the hose glides and does not soil the surfaces it contacts, making it easy to clean. Excellent chemical resistance of PFA and antistatic properties of both the inner and outer layers (R<106 Ω) as well as across the wall of the hose (R<109 Ω) make the hose a costly but technically ideal solution for applications requiring the highest safety in all explosion hazard zones (ATEX). Used in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries, as well as in biotechnology. Not intended for sterilization in an autoclave. A version with additional built-in copper wires (M/T) is available on special order. Standards and requirements: Chemical hoses: EN 12115:2011. Food industry, contact with food: 1935/2004/EC, 2023/2006/EC (GMP); inner layer: 10/2011/EU, USP Class VI, FDA 21 CFR 177.1550; ISO 10993-4,-10,-11, non-cytotoxic (ISO 10993 Part 5); outer layer: FDA 21 CFR 177.1520. Contains no plasticizers, phthalates, or animal-derived substances. Explosive atmospheres: ATEX Directive (zones: 0, 1, 2, 20, 21, 22), EN 50014/IEC 60079-0. Confirmation of resistance and application conditions requires contact with Tubes International. Assembly: Use smooth fittings with a spigot ("tail" for the hose) that do not have sharp or high ribs that could cut or damage the inner layer of PFA when tightened. The diameter of the spigot should be precisely matched to the diameter of the hose to ensure tightness. Assembly with clamp sleeves or shell clamps. Inner layer: black PFA polymer. Reinforcement: synthetic cord, steel spiral. Outer layer: white-black UPE polyethylene, synthetic rubber. Working pressure: 10 bar. Vacuum: 0.9 bar. Operating temperature: from -35°C to +130°C.

Hose designed specifically for the transfer of AdBlue® (AUS32, DEF) - 32.5% aqueous urea solution. The inner layer of the hose consists of black, smooth, antistatic (R‹10^6 Ω/m) EPDM rubber vulcanized without sulfur. The inner layer of the hose is free from contaminants such as aluminum, calcium, chlorine, copper, iron, potassium, magnesium, sodium, nickel, and zinc, ensuring the highest purity of the medium in accordance with ISO 22241-2. This is particularly important in the automotive industry, where AdBlue® acts as a reductant to decompose harmful nitrogen oxides in the SCR catalyst. Its use allows compliance with European emission standards EURO 4, 5, and 6. For AdBlue® to be effective, it must be very pure, necessitating the use of specialized hoses, tanks, and fittings that are resistant to AdBlue® and do not contaminate it. Ends and fittings for AdBlue® should be made of stainless steel or suitable plastic. Besides automotive applications, the hose is also used in the chemical industry, for example, in the production of nitrogen fertilizers. Inner layer: black EPDM rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic braid. Outer layer: black EPDM rubber. Working pressure: 10 bar or 20 bar. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +100°C (temporarily up to +120°C).

Hose for paints, varnishes NR SPRAY

          All products | Chemical hoses
High-quality rubber pressure hose manufactured in the USA with an inner layer made of chemically resistant polyamide (nylon). The very smooth inner surface reduces flow losses and ensures ease of cleaning. Reinforcement with synthetic textile braiding provides high pressure resistance and low deformation under pressure. The smooth outer layer made of synthetic rubber is resistant to contact with chemicals and oil (RMA Class B – medium resistance). For hoses with an inner diameter of 1/4" and 3/8", the outer layer is antistatic R<106Ω. The hose is intended for industrial applications, particularly for organic solvents and petrochemical substances. The good resistance of polyamide to many solvents allows the hose to be used in the paint industry for the transfer of paints, varnishes, adhesives, and resins. Chemical resistance and potential static electricity issues must always be considered. In particular, antistatic hoses with diameters of 1/4" and 3/8" are widely used as pressure feed hoses for spray guns in automotive workshops, construction, and industry. Chemical resistance verification: chemical resistance table for PA (preliminary selection), confirmation of resistance and application conditions by Tubes International. Installation: smooth fittings with a spigot ("tail" for the hose) without sharp or high ribs that could cut or damage the inner polyamide layer when tightened should be used. Typical hydraulic fittings can be used. The spigot diameter should be precisely matched to the hose diameter to ensure sealing. Installation depending on working pressure with hose clamps, crimp fittings, or for larger diameters with shell clamps. Typical factory hoses for spray guns often have reusable screw fittings. Inner layer: polyamide (PA), silicone-free. Reinforcement: single textile braid for 1/4" and 3/8", double for 1/2". Outer layer: black synthetic rubber. Working pressure: 52 bar. Operating temperature: from -20°C to +90°C.
