Rules of the contest organised by Tubes International Sp. z o.o.:
I Organiser and definitions
- The organiser of the contest called „Supplying hose assemblies, we power industries” is Tubes International Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań, at ul. Bystra 15A, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000124055, share capital: : 275.000 PLN; VAT ID (NIP): 781-00-46-084, further referred to as “Organizer”.
- The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, conducted or otherwise associated with Facebook. Facebook is not liable for any consequences related to the contest.
- The Contest is not subject to the provisions of the Act of 19 November 2009 on Gambling (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 201, item 1540 as amended).

II Regulations
- The regulations constitute the basis of the Contest and define the rights and obligations of its Participants.
- The content of these regulations is available at the headquarters of Tubes International Sp. z o.o. and on Tubes International Sp. z o.o. Facebook page.
- By entering the Contest, the Participant accepts the Regulations in full. The Participant undertakes to comply with the rules set out therein and confirms that they meet all the conditions that entitle them to participate in the Contest.
III Contest entry rules
- The Contest runs from 3 October 2017 to 23 October 2017 or, in the event of a tiebreaker, until 26 October 2017. The results will be announced after the end of the Contest on 29 October 2017 or, in the event of a tiebreaker, on 31 October 2017.
- Employees of the Organiser are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
- Access to the Internet is a condition for entering the Contest. The Contest is open to all Facebook users, and subscribers to Tubes International Sp. z o.o. newsletter can compete for prizes.
- By entering the Contest, the Participant declares that they:
- accepts the terms and conditions of the Contest Regulations;
- consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883).
- The Participant registers their participation in the Contest by providing an answer.
IV Rules for giving answers
- Answers to the contest questions must be given in posts starting with the words “#CONTEST” and containing a contest graphic along with the questions.
- Answers to each question can only be given once (this also applies to comment editing).
- Each Participant who has submitted an answer declares that they are the sole author of the post and owns full property rights and personal copyrights to that post or/and declares that they are aware that it does not infringe the rights of third parties. The Participant shall indemnify the organizer from any claims by third parties arising from the fact that property and personal copyrights to the post have been transferred to Tubes International based on the provisions of the contest regulations and they did not vest in the Participant on the date the prize was awarded.
- The participant, by sharing their answer, grants a non-exclusive, free license to Tubes International to process or use the post, in particular for use in promotional activities related to the Contest, as well as for the purpose of conducting and resolving the Contest.
- Submitted answers must not contain vulgar, offensive content or content that violates the personal rights of others.
V Rules for awarding and collecting prizes
- Each correct answer to a question is rewarded with one point. The Participant with the highest number of points wins. If the Participants score an equal number of points (tie), a tiebreaker will be organized.
- The tiebreaker will consist in completing a task assigned by the Organizer.
- A committee appointed by the Organiser will decide on the most interesting answer to the contest question.
- In the event of a task consisting in inventing a slogan or an advertising slogan, the copyright to the awarded slogan will be transferred to the Organiser upon handing the prize over to the winner.
- The 5 participants who have obtained the highest number of points will be awarded prizes.
- The prizes are as follows: 1st place: Sebastian Matuszewski Drifting cap, Cichopek Racing lanyard, wall calendar, desk calendar, USB drive, mug; 2nd-3rd place: Sebastian Matuszewski Drifting lanyard, wall calendar, desk calendar, USB drive, mug; 4th-5th place: Cichopek Racing lanyard, three-month calendar, desk calendar, USB drive, mug.
- If the Participant does not claim the prize within the timeframe specified by the Organiser, the prize is forfeited and remains the property of the Organiser.
- The Organizer is not liable for the inability to claim the prize for reasons on the winner’s side.
- Any natural person of full legal age may participate in the Contest.
- The Contest is nationwide and takes place on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
- The prizes will be awarded after the jury verifies the selected persons for compliance with these regulations.
VI Personal data
- The organizer is the administrator of personal data.
- The participants’ data will be processed to conduct the contest, select winners, award and deliver prizes. The processing of the data referred to in the preceding sentence also includes the publication of the name of the winner on the organiser’s website and the company’s Facebook profile.
- The personal data of the Participants of the Contest will be used in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926 as amended).
- The Participant has the right to access and amend their data.
- Providing personal data is voluntary, though necessary for the proper conduct of the Contest, awarding of prizes and lodging of a complaint.
VII Complaint procedure
- Each Participant of the Contest has the right to lodge a complaint throughout the whole duration of the Contest, but no later than within 3 days after the announcement of contest results. Complaints lodged after the deadline referred to in point 1 will not be considered.
- A complaint letter should contain: a name, surname, address, as well as a detailed description and reason for the complaint.
- Complaints should be sent in writing by post to the address::

with the annotation “Complaint about the Contest.” - The date of filling the complaint is determined by the postmark.
- The committee appointed by the Organizer considers the complaints within 14 days of their receipt.
- The decision of the Organiser resolving the complaint is final and binding, and there is no right of appeal.
VIII Final provisions
All matters arising from mutual obligations between the Organizer and the contest Participant, and related to this Contest, will be resolved by a competent court with jurisdiction over the registered office of the Organiser.
