It features a quick response to temperature changes and ease of reading due to a clear scale. The thermometer is mounted to the device using a screwed protective cover with an external thread, which protects the sensor and allows for the replacement of the thermometer without disrupting the process – the thermometer is pressed into the sensor cover. At least 50% of the sensor length should be exposed to the measured temperature medium. Also available in a stainless steel version - SS version (dust-tight housing - IP65). Temperatures above 80°C may reduce the hose's lifespan. The DN2 hose made of polyamide (ZC-TEST8-5021PA) has successfully passed impulse tests of 1 million cycles. Based on a classic "push to connect" quick coupling design with a locking mechanism consisting of balls, a spring, and a locking sleeve. The socket and plug are equipped with valves ensuring leak-free connection and disconnection and tightness, even at a vacuum of 90%. Measuring plugs made of hardened steel, durable and maintenance-free. Connections with external threads sealed using an O-ring recessed in the front surface (type A) or an O-ring at the front surface (type B). This ensures simple and quick configuration of connections. The remaining elements of the measuring set include manometers (not included in the set) mounted in measuring holders, adapters, and measuring hoses. The vent valve in the measuring holder allows for the removal of air bubbles from the system, which increases the accuracy of dynamic pressure measurement. The set can be used for pressure measurements on machines equipped with TEMA SYSTEM 100 measuring plugs (some working machines e.g., VOLVO, HIAB, SAMSUNG) or by installing plugs in the system during measurement. The flexible adapter TA-M-139 allows the set to be used for measurements on widely used connections with M16x2 threads.
