Socket with shut-off valve for diagnostic quick coupling, with internal NPT thread, used for pressure measurement in hydraulic systems. Manufactured according to ISO 15171-1 and SAE J1502 standards, interchangeable with connectors from other manufacturers. Quick coupling plugs made of hardened steel are permanently installed in the hydraulic system, and the quick coupling sockets are connected by a hose to the pressure gauge. The connection of the socket to the plug should only occur when the system is not operating, with no pressure or very low pressure of a few bars. The socket and plug are equipped with valves that ensure leak-free connection and disconnection as well as sealing. Their flat surfaces minimize residual oil leakage and air inclusion into the system (leakage approx. 0.1 ml during disconnection, air inclusion approx. 0.02 ml during connection). For proper operation, it is essential to maintain the cleanliness of the valve surfaces. Working pressure: 400 bar. Burst pressure: 1300 bar. Vacuum: up to 0.9 bar. Hydraulic oil flow at Δp = 3 bar: 4.2 [l/min]. Material: galvanized steel. Sealing: NBR. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +120°C.

63 mm glycerine pressure gauge with bottom connection, FM 631

All products | Manometers, reducers, and valves
Universal industrial pressure gauge 63 mm with bottom connection FM 631, manufactured according to standard EN 837-1 in a stainless steel housing with glycerin filling. The gauge is resistant to shocks, vibrations, humidity, with increased resistance to sudden pressure spikes, intended for simple measurements of low-viscosity liquids, vapors, and gases that do not corrode copper alloys and do not crystallize. The glycerin filling of the gauge helps reduce pointer fluctuations and decreases wear on moving parts of the mechanism during pressure pulsations and vibrations. Additionally, it prevents condensation and the formation of a corrosive atmosphere inside the pressure gauge that could damage internal components. The measurement range should be selected according to the working pressure, so that the constant or slowly changing pressure does not exceed 75% of the range; pulsating pressure does not exceed 60% of the range, and pressure impulses do not exceed the maximum range. Dial diameter: 63 mm. Material: housing - AISI304 steel, window - plexiglass, connection - brass, mechanism - brass and copper alloys, filling - glycerin. Accuracy class: 1.6. Ambient temperature: from -40°C to +65°C. Medium temperature: maximum +60°C. Bottom connection: GZ 1/4" BSP (G 1/4 B, EN ISO 228-1, B indicates thread tolerance).

Calorimetric flow meter for air and gases, type EW850

All products | Other measuring instruments
Calorimetric air or nitrogen flow meter in the installation, optionally for other gases. Available in two pressure ranges up to 16 bar and up to 40 bar. The principle of calorimetric measurement is based on cooling an electrically heated sensor by the flowing air. The cooling of the sensor is directly dependent on the mass flow of air, thus it does not require compensation for pressure and temperature. The digital meter measures the instantaneous flow rate and counts the total consumption of compressed air using pulses. This is displayed on the screen, and all measurements can be transmitted via a Modbus RTU standard connection. The flow meter can be quickly and easily disassembled without removing the entire measuring section from the installation for cleaning or calibration. The flow meter blind plug ensures continuous use of the line during cleaning. A bypass line for the measuring section is not required. The EW 850 flow meter, due to its compact design, can be used to measure the flow and consumption of air in all installation locations from the compressor to the smallest devices and tools. The measurement range should be appropriately selected according to the flow in the installation. Due to the possibility of measurement errors, it is necessary to avoid condensation on the sensor element or moisture in the transmitted medium. Do not exceed the operating ranges of the flow meter! When selecting a flow meter for gases other than air or nitrogen, please contact Tubes International. Working pressure: up to 16 bar or up to 40 bar. Material: stainless steel AISI 304 (measuring section, for the 16 bar version), stainless steel AISI 316 (measuring section, for the 40 bar version), polycarbonate (housing). Medium: air, nitrogen (option - other gases). Flow unit: m³/h, l/min. Accuracy: ± 1.5% of the measured value, ± 0.3% of full scale. Analog output: 4 ÷ 20 mA, < 500 Ω. Pulse output: 1 pulse per m³ or liter, galvanically isolated. Digital output: RS485, Modbus RTU. Operating temperature: -30°C ÷ +80°C.
