Description: The system has a twin line layout, each line consisting of pipes in sizes: 20×3, 38×4 and 42×3. Connections using DIN 2353 hydraulic pipe connectors . About 150 meters of zinc-plated 37° flared hydraulic pipes were laid in total. On the side of the process line, the pipe system was shortened/elongated, new shut-off valves were mounted. On the side of the foam generating units, by-pass lines with valves were modified to allow feeding two process lines from one of the two foam generating units. To fix and support the pipes, an installation system based on DIN 3015 mounting rails and clamps was used.
