FR5 air conditioning hose
Lightweight, flexible hose designed for industrial cooling systems (an alternative to copper tubes) and automotive air conditioning (only for filling and testing functions). Specifically for refrigerants (R22, R134a, R404a, R407c, R410a, R507) and compressor oils of the POE and PAG types. The hose in sizes from 1/12″ to 1/4″ can also be used for CO2 (R-744) transmission – using CO2 as a refrigerant requires pressures approximately 10 times higher than conventional refrigerants. Inner layer: polyamide (PA), for diameters from 1/12″ to 1/4″ a PA and TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) blend. Reinforcement: polyester braid. Outer layer: micro-perforated, abrasion-resistant polyurethane. Working pressure: from 45 bar to 120 bar, depending on hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -45°C to +130°C (for water and air up to +70°C).
