Universal laboratory and food hose TYGON® S3™ E-3603
Colorless, transparent, soft, and flexible hose for laboratory and food applications. Ideal for analytical devices, condensers, incubators, desiccators, as gas and drainage lines. Suitable for food and biopharmaceutical products. Also commonly used for cooling computer processors. The glassy smooth, pore-free inner surface prevents the deposition and adherence of contaminants inside the hose and facilitates cleaning. Complete repeatability of hose parameters across all batches. Can be used with peristaltic pumps, but lifespan is limited. The hose is free from phthalates and BPA (Bisphenol A). Meets hygiene and food contact requirements: European 1935/2004/EC and 10/2011 EU (for conditions and substances according to certification), American FDA, NSF-51, 3-A, USP Class VI, Japanese #370/1959. Sterilization possible by steam, ethylene oxide, or radiation. Compliant with REACH and California Proposition 65 – does not contain hazardous and prohibited substances. Full roll length of the hose is 15 m. Available VACUUM version with thicker walls for vacuum applications. The specified working pressure is defined relative to the burst pressure with a safety factor of 1:5. Material: PVC (special). Maximum operating temperature: up to +74°C. Brittleness temperature: -46°C. Hardness: 56° Shore (A). Density: 1.21 g/cm³. Note: Product packaged in the Clean Room of Tubes International (CLEAN ROOM) adhering to strict standards. Return of the product after opening the packaging is not possible.
