AMALFI motor boat exhaust hose
Lightweight, flexible suction and discharge hose designed for water-cooled exhaust systems of diesel engines in motorboats up to 24 meters in length and yachts (free discharge under low pressure of mixed exhaust gases and cooling water). Used in sections between installation components. Inner layer resistant to exhaust gases. Steel spiral ensures resistance to vacuum. Outer layer resistant to abrasion, oil, and weather conditions. The hose is available in two versions of the outer layer: smooth – AMALFI LL and corrugated – AMALFI LO. Compliant with ISO 13363:2016 type 2B, SAE J2006:2013 type R2. It has Lloyds type certificate LR2003044TA and RINA DIP021521CS/002 (AMALFI LL) and RINA DIP021521CS/003 (AMALFI LO). Other diameters and the AMALFI CORD discharge hose (without steel spiral) are available on special order. Inner layer: black synthetic rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord, steel spiral. Outer layer: black synthetic rubber. Burst pressure: ≥2.5 bar. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +100°C.
