Elbow Hamburg 90°, steel stainless, 3D
90° butt-weld elbows for pressure applications made of pipes. Model 3D compliant with the standard EN 10253-4 (steel stainless). Equivalent to the design according to DIN 2605-1 type 3. With an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate. Widely used in industry in the construction of installations and pipelines, among others as element of complete welded ends for metal and rubber hoses (welded with threaded and flanged ends) and other couplings and fittings. On request, other sizes and materials are also available, including elbows with metric dimensions and elbows according to ASME. Note: These are standard type A fittings according to EN 10253, with the same wall thickness of the weld ends and the body. Their pressure resistance is lower than that of a straight pipe of the same diameter and wall thickness. Working pressure elbow should determine using coefficient correction pressure the given in standards EN 10253 or DIN 2605-1 (The given values are approximately and are 0.7÷0.8 pressure corresponding dimensionally tubes). Material: steel AISI 321, AISI 316Ti. Working pressure: od 56 up to 208 bar – depending on diameter.
