Very lightweight, flexible suction and discharge hose designed for the transfer of chemical substances. Made from thermoplastic vulcanizate TPV – a material that combines the processing advantages of thermoplastic polymers (PP – polypropylene) with the properties of vulcanized rubber (EPDM). Good chemical resistance – similar to EPDM rubber allows for use with many substances, including acids (hydrochloric, sulfuric), bases, salts, alcohols, glycols, and ketones, concentrated detergents. Not recommended for fuels, oils, aromatic solvents. Resistant to weather conditions, aging, and ozone. Low weight and small bending radius of the hose ensure ease of handling, which can be an advantage when transferring from tankers and containers. Note: All hose sizes have branding indicating approximate working pressure (WP 10 bar). Confirmation of resistance and application conditions requires contact with Tubes International. Inner layer: thermoplastic rubber TPV. Reinforcement: polyester braid, steel spiral. Outer layer: thermoplastic rubber TPV. Working pressure for temperature +23°C: from 12 to 14 bar – depending on hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +80°C (working pressure dependent on temperature).
