REG compressed air pressure reducing valve, without end connections, SYNTESI® series
REG pressure reducing valve, SYNTESI® series, without end connections, is used to regulate working pressure and ensures proper operation in the connected installation, regardless of the changing consumption of the medium. The valve uses a shaped diaphragm instead of a flat diaphragm, which provides higher nominal flow values due to greater diaphragm travel, increased sensitivity and response speed to setting changes, thanks to reduced static and kinetic friction of components, and greater accuracy in maintaining the set outlet pressure with changes in flow and supply pressure. In the event of an increase in outlet pressure above the set value, the diaphragm opens the drain valve and vents the reducer until the pressure value matches the setting. The push-lock mechanism allows the knob to be locked in any position by pressing it. The locking plate enables the installation of a padlock to prevent unauthorized changes to the outlet pressure setting. Additional connections at the front and back of size 1/8” can be used to connect a pressure gauge, pneumatic-electric relay, or plug couplings. The air drawn from these connections is reduced. Size: SY1, SY2. Outlet pressure range: 0÷2, 0÷4, 0÷8, 0÷12 bar. Supply pressure: up to 15 bar for SY1 and up to 13 bar for SY2. Operating temperature: from -10°C to +50°C. Connection: BSP female thread 1/8″ ÷ 3/8″ for SY1 and BSP female thread 3/8″ ÷ 1″ for SY2. Additional connection for pressure gauge or couplings: BSP female thread 1/8″ for SY1 and 1/4″ for SY2. Flow: 1200 l/min – 1/8″, 2800 l/min – 1/4″, 3350 l/min – 3/8″ (SY1), 5300 l/min – 3/8″ (SY2), 7400 l/min – 1/2″, 7600 l/min – 3/4″, 1″ (at an inlet pressure of 6 bar Δp = 1 bar).
