DNP PLK4 leak-free hydraulic quick coupling, plug with eliminator with GW of carbon steel
Non-leak quick-connect coupling plug type “flat-face” designed mainly for construction machinery, where large pressure spikes occur. Version with static pressure eliminator. The quick coupling can be operated with one hand. Depending on the application, the appropriate sealing material should be selected. Interchangeable with ISO-F quick couplings from other manufacturers. Standard: ISO 16028. Application: hydraulic power (hydraulic oil), industrial. Working pressure: up to 400 bar. Material: steel with zinc-nickel coating. Sealing: NBR (from -25°C to +100°C). Maximum static pressure during coupling of quick couplings with plug with pressure eliminator: from the socket side 0 bar, from the plug side 250 bar. Flow rate is given at Δp = 3 bar [l/min].
