The needle control valve with BSP internal thread is used to regulate the amount of fluid flowing through the system by changing the cross-section of the flow opening, up to its complete closure. They are intended for air installations, and can also be used with non-flammable and non-toxic gases (nitrogen, carbon dioxide, helium, argon, etc.). Needle valves have a brass cone (needle) whose displacement allows for smooth regulation from the fully open position to closed. The direction of flow is indicated by an arrow on the valve body. Maximum constant working pressure across the full temperature range. Body material: brass. Needle material: brass. Stem sealing: NBR. Working pressure: from 25 bar to 40 bar, depending on the internal diameter DN. Operating temperature: from -10°C to +90°C.
