CEJN 525 hydraulic quick coupling, GW BSP socket with valve, zinc-nickel plated steel
CEJN series 525 quick coupling socket (NORDIC RANGE) with shut-off valve and internal BSP thread. The socket features an additional O-ring, making it suitable for gas installations. It also has a safety ring to prevent accidental disconnection. As a one-sided shut-off quick coupling, it can only be used for size 1/4″. It is designed for heavy-duty working conditions. Application: hydraulic power (hydraulic oil), industrial (water, steam, fuels and oils, gases and chemicals). Material: zinc-nickel coated steel. Working pressure: up to 450 bar (depending on diameter). Safety factor 4:1. Sealing: viton or NBR. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +100°C (for NBR), from -15°C to +200°C (for viton). Flow is specified for a pressure drop of 3 bar.
