High chemical and temperature resistance hose for VERSILON™ ISO-VERSINIC® peristaltic pumps
Black, opaque, and flexible hose made of fluoroelastomer (Viton), resistant to fuels, solvents, oils, and chemicals, particularly at elevated temperatures. Used for concentrated acids, bases, alcohols, chlorinated and aromatic solvents, hot fuels, and oils. Suitable for peristaltic pumps. Resistant to aging, ozone, sunlight, and weather conditions. Flame-retardant. The opaque black wall of the hose protects light-sensitive substances. Used in laboratories and general industrial applications. Provides an economical alternative to VERSILONTM F-5500-A hose. Full roll length of the hose is 50 m (for internal diameters from 4 mm to 12 mm – 25 m, from 15 mm – 5 m). The specified working pressure is defined relative to the burst pressure with a safety factor of 1:5. Material: fluorine rubber (FKM). Operating temperature: from -20°C to +200°C (temporarily up to +300°C). Brittleness temperature: -20°C. Hardness: 60° Shore (A) – for 4×6 mm, 70° Shore (A) – for 4×8 mm. Density: 1.90 g/cm³. Note: Product packaged in the Clean Room of Tubes International (CLEAN ROOM) adhering to strict standards. Return of the product after opening the packaging is not possible.
