Excellent for the transfer of various types of food products such as: olive oil, wine, beer, fruit juices, milk, fats, and alcohols with a concentration of up to 96%. The inner layer is odorless and tasteless. It does not contain phthalates and bisphenol A, as well as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH Free), in accordance with ZEK 01.4-08 Cat.1. Tested for heavy metals. The outer layer is resistant to weather conditions and ozone. Standards and requirements: Food industry, food contact 1935/2004/EC and EC 2023/2006/EC (GMP). The inner layer complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, BfR XXI cat. 2, D.M. 21/03/73, 3-A Sanitary Standard 18-03 class II. Inner layer: white, smooth synthetic rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord, steel spiral. Outer layer: blue synthetic rubber. Working pressure: 10 bar. Vacuum: 0.9 bar. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +100°C.

Can be used with drum reels. Completely free of animal-derived ingredients, phthalates, plasticizers, and nitrosamines. Highly resistant to cleaning and disinfection processes used in the food industry. Inner layer is tasteless and odorless. Outer layer is abrasion and aging resistant. Standards and requirements: Food industry, food contact 1935/2004/EC, 2023/2006/EC (GMP). Inner layer compliant with FDA, D.M. 21/03/73, BfR II. Inner layer: white smooth technopolymer. Reinforcement: synthetic braid. Outer layer: blue smooth technopolymer. Working pressure: 10 bar. Operating temperature: -20°C to +80°C (temporarily up to +90°C).
