Crystal clear, flexible, and completely biocompatible medical hose free of phthalates (DEHP). Intended for use in dialysis equipment, blood transfusion and drainage, infusion, chemotherapy, inhalation, minimally invasive procedures, catheters, and medical laboratories. Can be used with peristaltic pumps, but lifespan is limited. High transparency of the hose and non-wettability of the inner surface ensure good flow visualization and easy complete drainage of the hose. Can be connected with mechanical clamps, thermally welded, ultrasonically welded, or glued. Compliant with ISO 10993, European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.1.2, USP Class VI, and REACH requirements. Completely non-cytotoxic, non-hemolytic, and non-pyrogenic. Sterilization by steam in autoclaves, ethylene oxide, or radiation (up to 2.5 Mrad). Full hose roll length is 15 m. Medical hoses of different hardness are available, e.g., TYGON® ND100-80 (hardness 80° Shore (A)). The specified working pressure is defined relative to the burst pressure with a safety factor of 1:5. Material: PVC (special, DEHP-free). Maximum operating temperature: +74°C. Brittleness temperature: -42°C. Hardness: 65° Shore (A). Density: 1.19 g/cm³. Note: Product packaged in the Clean Room of Tubes International (CLEAN ROOM) adhering to strict standards.
