Creamy, flexible chemical hose with a multi-layer construction designed specifically to combine chemical resistance with high longevity in peristaltic pumps. Smooth inner layer with very good chemical resistance, free of plasticizers, resistant to acids, bases, salts, alcohols, and ketones, with low absorption and adsorption of water-based fluids. Outer layer made of thermoplastic elastomer (Norprene®) provides excellent properties and high longevity when used in peristaltic pumps. The hose meets hygiene requirements and is suitable for food contact: US FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and is resistant to most cleaning and disinfecting agents. Sterilization by steam, ethylene oxide, or radiation. Ideal for dosing soap and detergents, laundry detergents, and dishwashing liquids. Used for the production and dosing of various chemicals in all sectors of industry. Full hose roll length is 15 m. The specified working pressure is defined relative to the burst pressure with a safety factor of 1:5. Material: polyolefin / TPE (Norprene® – thermoplastic elastomer).
