DRY-MATE dry-cutting connector socket with GW, polypropylene
Dry-mate shut-off connector socket with internal thread made of polypropylene. Used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, agricultural industries, and handling systems. Not intended for gas media and liquids with a low flash point. Installed on the hose side (hose part). The socket design is based on a ball valve, which ensures completely unobstructed flow. The socket is supplied complete with polypropylene caps. Material: body – glass fiber reinforced polypropylene, ball – PTFE, CAMLOCK latches – AISI 316 steel. Sealing: valve – PTFE, connector – viton (available in EPDM and Kalrez). Working pressure: up to 7 bar. Operating temperature: 21°C (up to 66°C at a working pressure of 5 bar). Maximum leakage: 2 ml.
