Filter-reducer and lubricator set FR + L, SYNTESI® series
The FR+L set is a combination of a filter-reducer and a lubricator. The filter-reducer consists of a standard air filter and a pressure reducing valve housed in one casing. The filter’s task is to separate heavier fractions of air contaminants using centrifugal force, while the pressure reducing valve, thanks to the shaped diaphragm, ensures maximum sensitivity and precision of adjustment. It has additional connections at the front and back for connecting a manometer or fittings for reduced pressure. The lubricator is the most widely used solution for ensuring proper lubrication of actuating devices in pneumatic systems. It also features auxiliary connections on its rear and front surfaces for connecting a manometer, pressure sensor, or for additional air intake. Size: SY1, SY2. Output pressure range: 0÷8, 0÷12 bar. Supply pressure: up to 15 bar for SY1, up to 13 bar for SY2, up to 10 bar for the RA drain. Operating temperature: from -10°C to +50°C. Connection: BSP 1/8″ to 3/8″ for SY1 and BSP 3/8″ to 1″ for SY2. Filtration degree: 5 µm, 20 µm, 50 µm. Oil tank capacity: 60 cm³ – SY1, 130 cm³ – SY2. Additional connection for manometer or fittings: BSP 1/8″ for SY1 and 1/4″ for SY2. Condensate drain: manual/semi-automatic (RMSA), automatic (RA). Flow rate: 1400 l/min – SY1, 4000 l/min – SY2, (at an inlet pressure of 6 bar Δp = 1 bar).
