Flat strong hose for water and air HILCOFLEX SPEZIAL 90
Strong pressure hose designed for the transmission of water or compressed air. Used in construction (particularly in demolition companies), industry, and mining. Suitable for heavy-duty applications. The yellow color ensures excellent visibility of the hose. The inner layer is smooth, providing minimal flow loss. The outer layer is slightly longitudinally ribbed, which increases abrasion resistance and protects against contact with hot elements. Resistant to abrasion, ozone, weather conditions, oil, fuels, and a wide range of chemicals. Lighter and more flexible than standard rubber hoses. Flat when at rest, facilitating handling and storage. Does not require washing and drying. Resistant to longitudinal loads – during unwinding and pulling (the longitudinal force should never exceed 1/3 of the specified breaking force, and the installation of fittings should consider the longitudinal force). Use for air should always be preceded by a risk analysis in case of accidental disconnection or rupture of the hose. Hose material: yellow NBR/PVC blend embedded in a polyester-polyamide braid during the hose extrusion process. Working pressure: 30 bar (water), 22 bar (air). Operating temperature: from -20°C to +80°C (water), from -20°C to +75°C (air).
