Nickel-plated steel quick coupling, plug with GW BSP and BSPT, 350 series CUPLA, NITTO KOHKI
NITTO KOHKI series 350 CUPLA quick coupling plug with internal BSP and BSPT thread. Leak-free “flat-face” quick couplings type IF. Manufactured in Japan from special alloy steel. Characterized by excellent durability, resistance to vibrations and pulsating pressure, very low air inclusion. Used, among others, in hydraulic systems of casting equipment, where sudden pressure changes occur. The quick coupling can be operated with one hand. A distinctive feature is that the working pressure does not depend on the size of the quick coupling. Application: hydraulic power (hydraulic oil). Material: nickel-plated steel. Operating temperature: from -20°C to +180°C. Sealing: viton. Working pressure: up to 345 bar. Flow has been provided for a pressure drop of 3 bar.
