Soft, flexible, extruded suction hose for the transfer of gasoline and diesel fuel at low pressure, fire-resistant, for small vessels – recreational boats up to 24 m in length. Designed for fuel installations of stationary engines on ships, motorboats, yachts, etc. Suitable for unleaded gasoline, gasoline with up to 10% ethanol (E10 gasoline), diesel fuel, and diesel fuel with 10% FAME esters (B10 – biodiesel). Compliant with ISO 7840 type A1 (fire-resistant, fuel vapor permeability less than or equal to 100 g/m²/24 h), compliant with directive 94/25/EC, certified by RINA, compliant with SAE 1527, USCG type A1. Inner layer made of black, seamless synthetic rubber, resistant to oils and fuels with up to 50% aromatic hydrocarbon content. Reinforcement with synthetic textile braid. Outer layer made of black, fire-resistant, seamless synthetic rubber, resistant to aging, lubricants, weather conditions, and temperature (fire resistance: ISO 7840 Annex A: hose filled with fuel should withstand flame for 2.5 min). Inner layer: black synthetic rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic braid. Outer layer: black synthetic rubber. Working pressure: from 2.5 bar to 3.4 bar – depending on hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -20°C to +100°C.
