REG compressed air pressure reducing valve, SYNTESI® series
REG pressure reducing valve, SYNTESI® series, with end connections 1/8″ to 1″, is used for regulating operating pressure and maintaining it at a constant level, ensuring proper operation in the connected installation, regardless of the changing consumption of the medium. The valve uses a shaped diaphragm instead of a flat diaphragm, which provides higher nominal flow values due to greater diaphragm travel, as well as increased sensitivity and response speed to setting changes by reducing static and kinetic friction of components and greater accuracy in maintaining the set output pressure with changes in flow and supply pressure. In the event of an increase in output pressure above the set value, the diaphragm opens the drain valve and vents the reducer until the pressure value matches the setting. The push-lock mechanism allows the knob to be locked in any position by pressing it. The locking plate enables the installation of a padlock to prevent unauthorized changes to the output pressure setting. Additional connections at the front and back can be used to connect a pressure gauge, pneumatic-electric relay, or plug couplings. Air drawn from these connections is reduced. Size: SY1, SY2. Output pressure range: 0 to 2, 0 to 4, 0 to 8, 0 to 12 bar. Supply pressure: up to 15 bar, depending on size. Operating temperature: from -10°C to +50°C. Connection: BSP thread 1/8″ to 1″. Additional connection for pressure gauge or couplings: BSP thread 1/8″ for size SY1, BSP thread 1/4″ for size SY2. Flow: 1200 l/min – 1/8″, 2800 l/min – 1/4″, 3350 l/min – 3/8″ (SY1), 5300 l/min – 3/8″ (SY2), 7400 l/min – 1/2″, 7600 l/min – 3/4″ and 1″ (at an inlet pressure of 6 bar Δp = 1 bar).
