Stronger than the SPIRABEL® SNTS hose, with a thicker wall. A hose for demanding applications, intended for the transfer of water, beer, quality wines, and spirits with concentrations up to 50% and temperatures up to +40°C, juices, beverages, and other food products. Phthalate-free, allowing it to be used for milk and its derivatives. Not recommended for oils and fatty food substances. Reinforced with a hard PVC spiral, resistant to impacts, provides very good resistance to vacuum and hose collapse. The transparent wall allows for easy visual monitoring of the substance flow. The smooth inner surface reduces flow losses and ensures ease of cleaning. The ease of cleaning is also provided by the smooth outer surface, which is available in hoses up to 63 mm in diameter. In applications not involving direct contact with food (in industry, construction, agriculture), it can be used: 1) for light chemicals, water, sludges, and wastewater, other liquids (without fats, oils, and hydrocarbons); 2) for air, vacuum transfer of dust, powders, granules, and other lightly abrasive bulk substances (non-fatty). Abrasiveness and potential static electricity issues should be considered. As a hose reinforced with a hardened PVC spiral (without a braid), it exhibits some elongation under pressure, which should be taken into account in applications, especially at temperatures above +40°C.
