Complies with the latest standard for ultra-high-pressure manometers DIN 16001. It features a solid front baffle wall and a blow-out back element, protecting the operator in case of pressure element (Bourdon tube) failure. The process connection is welded (TIG) to the housing, which strengthens the manometer and ensures better housing tightness. Mainly used in cutting or cleaning technologies of various materials using high-pressure water jets, e.g., in water cutting machines, pumps, and water turbines. The silicone oil filling of the manometer helps reduce pointer fluctuations, decrease wear on moving parts of the mechanism under pressure pulsations and vibrations. Additionally, it prevents condensation and the formation of a corrosive atmosphere inside the manometer, which could damage internal components.
