The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsVery flexible hose designed for the transfer of food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic substances: water, fruit juices, beer, wine, vinegar, alcohols up to 96% concentration, milk and its derivatives, creams, soaps, aromatic substances, pigments, and others. Resistant to fats and oils in standard usage conditions. Good chemical resistance to light chemicals – solutions of acids and bases. Extruded, completely smooth inner and outer layers of the hose facilitate flow and cleaning. The hose material is non-vulcanized, clean (contains no vulcanization additives), resistant to hydrolysis, does not promote bacterial growth, has low porosity and low permeability. Completely neutral in taste and odor, does not alter the organoleptic properties of the medium. Resistant to aging, weather conditions, and UV radiation. Hose cleaning, disinfection, or sterilization should be carried out strictly according to the recommendations provided in the catalog sheet below. Cleaning by SIP method is not recommended as it significantly shortens the service life. Use for high-proof alcohol (its vapors or other flammable substances) requires consideration of hazards related to static electricity. Standards and requirements: 1) Food industry, contact with food: compliant with European requirements 1935/2004/EC and 10/2011/EU (simulants A, B, C, D1, D2), 2023/2006/EC (GMP) and American FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 "e". 2) Pharmaceutical industry USP CLASS VI. Hose material: transparent TPE-S. Reinforcement: polyester braid. Working pressure: from 7 bar to 12 bar, depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: -30°C to +100°C.
