DRY-LINK dry-cutting connector socket with GW, stainless steel
Socket (hose part) of the dry disconnect coupling DRY-LINK. The couplings feature a unique design that ensures safe and completely leak-free connection of installations (the amount of medium remaining on the valve surface after disconnection is immeasurable). DRY LINK couplings are characterized by: low weight, small dimensions, and compact construction – allowing easy operation in tight spaces, rotating socket connection of the coupling (hose part) – facilitates the alignment of the socket for connection with the plug and prevents hose twisting, ease of handling by trained operators, difficulty of disconnection by unauthorized individuals, high, unobstructed flow through the coupling with low pressure drop – thanks to thin valve discs arranged parallel to the flow, ease of cleaning, smooth internal passage (polished in SANITARY version), few internal parts, no dead spaces – DRY LINK couplings are ideal for high-viscosity fluids and applications requiring a high level of cleanliness (food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic substances, paints, adhesives), DRY LINK couplings can also be used for powders and in the petrochemical industry. Material: AISI 316 steel. Sealing: PTFE, viton, EPDM, or chemraz®. Connections: BSP or NPT. Working pressure: 14.3 bar for DN25 and DN40 couplings, 10.3 bar for DN50 couplings, 8.3 bar for DN80 couplings. Vacuum: up to 0.94 bar. Operating temperature: from -29°C to +110°C (viton, EPDM, chemraz®), from -7°C to +110°C (PTFE).
