MANITANK AVIO “C” aircraft refueling delivery hose
Very strong fuel transfer hose for aviation fuel, designed for direct pressure refueling of aircraft on the ground. It can also be used in fuel transfer operations in airport tankers – dispensers, in operations not requiring high vacuum. Specifically designed for kerosene (aviation fuel – fuel for turbine aircraft engines, e.g., JET A1), aviation gasoline, and fuels with aromatic hydrocarbon content up to 50%. Can be used on drum reels. Inner layer made of black, smooth, antistatic NBR rubber. Reinforcement with layers of high-strength synthetic cord. Outer layer made of black, antistatic, self-extinguishing chloroprene (CR) rubber, resistant to abrasion, contact with hydrocarbons, and weather conditions. Antistatic outer layer, in accordance with EN ISO 1825 requirements, ensures the required low resistance of the hose between the ends (103 Ω ‹ R ‹ 106 Ω, ISO 8031). Compliant with requirements for aviation fuel hoses (type C/Ω) EN ISO 1825, EN 1361, BS 3158, EI 1529. Inner layer: black NBR rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: black CR rubber. Working pressure: 20 bar. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +70°C (for aviation fuel according to EN 1825).
