AVIO GLOBAL E aviation fuel transfer suction and discharge hose
Suction and discharge hose intended for the transfer of aviation fuel (jet fuel, kerosene, e.g., Jet A1) and petrochemical products containing up to 50% aromatic compounds, primarily for draining fuel from aircraft tanks, loading and unloading airport tankers and fuel dispensers. The outer layer is antistatic, abrasion-resistant, oil-resistant, and weather-resistant. It features copper wires ensuring electrical continuity (R < 100 Ω) between the hose ends and dissipation of electrostatic charges. Compliant with requirements for aviation fuel hoses (type E/M) ISO 1825, API 1529:05, AS 2683, VG 95955, NFPA 407. Inner layer: black NBR rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord, steel spiral. Outer layer: black synthetic rubber. Working pressure: 20 bar. Vacuum: 0.85 bar. Operating temperature: from -25°C to +70°C.
