Textile braided hose for fuel and oil systems FPM ECO

High-quality, multi-layer fuel hose, based on the requirements of standard DIN 73379-3E (11/97). Construction: inner layer made of chemically and thermally resistant Viton (FPM), intermediate layer made of epichlorohydrin (ECO), temperature-resistant and durable aramid fiber braid, outer layer made of epichlorohydrin (ECO) – resistant to temperature, ozone, micro-cracking. The inner layer of Viton provides excellent chemical resistance to hydrocarbons, petrochemical products, as well as many aggressive chemicals and additives used in fuels, even at elevated operating temperatures. Particularly recommended for biodiesel based on fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) such as biodiesel B10, B20, B100. Resistant to methyl ester of rapeseed oil fatty acids (RME). Can be used for biofuels containing ethanol such as E10, E100. Resistant to phosphate esters (which are also additives to liquid fuels). Can also be used for regular diesel, gasoline, mineral oils. Recommended for demanding applications in terms of high fuel purity, temperature resistance, and aging. Characterized by low permeability of hydrocarbons through the hose wall. Inner layer: FPM rubber (Viton). Intermediate layer: epichlorohydrin rubber (ECO). Reinforcement: aramid textile braid. Outer layer: epichlorohydrin rubber (ECO). Working pressure: 10 bar. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +125°C.
