Adaptor for steam hose end with GZ, zinc-plated steel, GMB, type BOSS
Adapter for spherical end and wing nut. Made of galvanized steel, it features a special polymer or copper insert on the conical surface that interacts with the spherical sealing surface of the end. It is tightened to the spherical end using a wing nut. This creates a tight connection resistant to steam and high temperature, which is also easy to unscrew and screw without the use of tools. The thread of the wing nut has a different (larger) size than the external thread of the GMB adapter. The use of the adapter allows for the creation of various connections, depending on the components used in the installation. Material: galvanized steel. Working pressure: 18 bar (+210°C) – saturated steam. Operating temperature: up to +230°C.
