The inner layer is made of black, smooth NBR/PVC rubber blend. Reinforcement with layers of durable synthetic cord. It features copper wires ensuring electrical continuity between the hose ends – provided there is proper connection to the fittings. The outer layer is made of chloroprene rubber (CR), flame-retardant, resistant to oil, seawater, abrasion, and weather conditions. Designed as a specialized OFFSHORE hose for operation on drilling platforms. Widely used on North Sea platforms, successfully utilized in land applications. Higher working pressure versions (20 bar, 27 bar) are also available upon special order, with specified breaking strength under tension (2T for 2”, 4T for 3”, and 7T for 4”, 5”, and 6”) and ABS type approval for the complete hose. Suitable for fueling pumps. Inner layer made of black, smooth synthetic rubber. Reinforcement with synthetic cord. Features two copper wires ensuring electrical continuity between the hose ends (resistance R < 100 Ω between ends) – provided that the wires are correctly connected to the ends. Outer layer made of high-quality synthetic rubber resistant to oil and weather conditions. Hose compliant with the requirements of standard EN 1360:2013 type 1 class M for fuel distribution systems. Available in lengths up to 120 meters. Inner layer: black synthetic rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: black synthetic rubber. Working pressure: 16 bar. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +55°C.

The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsVery strong fuel transfer hose for aviation fuel, designed for direct pressure refueling of aircraft. It can also be used in fuel transfer operations in airport tankers – dispensers, in cases not requiring high vacuum. It can be wound on reels. Suitable for aviation fuel for turbine engines (aviation kerosene, e.g., Jet A1), aviation gasoline, and fuels with aromatic hydrocarbon content up to 50%. Inner layer made of black, smooth NBR rubber. Reinforcement with layers of high-strength synthetic cord. Outer layer made of black, antistatic synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion, weather conditions, and contact with oil. Antistatic outer layer, in accordance with EN ISO 1825 requirements, ensures the required low resistance of the hose between the ends (103 Ω < R < 106 Ω, ISO 8031). Compliant with requirements for aviation fuel hoses (type C/Ω) ISO 1825, API 1529:05, AS 2683, VG 95955, NFPA 407. Hoses with fluorescent marking visible at night and a transfer hose with an antistatic cord (type B/M) are available upon special request. Inner layer: black NBR rubber.
