Suction and discharge hose for demanding, versatile applications in the food industry. Excellent for the transfer of various types of food products such as: olive oil, wine, beer, fruit juices, milk, fats, and alcohols with a concentration of up to 96%. The inner layer is odorless and tasteless. It does not contain phthalates and bisphenol A, as well as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH Free), in accordance with ZEK 01.4-08 Cat.1. Tested for heavy metals. The outer layer is resistant to weather conditions and ozone. Thanks to the external corrugation, the hose is exceptionally flexible and elastic. The recommended method of installation with fittings is special EASY SHELL clamp shells, shaped to fit the hose’s corrugation. Standards and requirements: Food industry, contact with food 1935/2004/EC and EC 2023/2006/EC (GMP). The inner layer complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, BfR XXI cat. 2, D.M. 21/03/73, 3-A Sanitary Standard 18-03 class II. Inner layer: white, smooth synthetic rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord, steel spirals. Outer layer: blue synthetic rubber. Working pressure: 10 bar. Vacuum: 0.6 bar. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +100°C.
