Reinforcement with synthetic cord. Two built-in copper wires that, when grounded (or connected to a grounded end), dissipate electric charges. Outer layer made of electrically conductive rubber, resistant to weather conditions and ozone. Hose intended for the transport of dry food substances: grains, sugar, powders, feeds, granules, etc., as well as other abrasive substances such as PVC granulate, for which a white, non-staining inner layer is required. The outer layer is made of black antistatic (R<106Ω) SBR/NR rubber resistant to abrasion and aging. The hose is intended for the transport of dry highly abrasive substances: e.g., dry cement, coal, coal dust, coke, solid fuels from secondary raw materials, minerals, ceramic powders, steel shot, glass shards, fiberglass. Used in steel mills, coking plants, power plants, cement plants, mines, glassworks, abrasive material factories, and insulation material factories. The advantage is the long lifespan of the hose in these applications – a traditional abrasion-resistant rubber hose may last only a few days, while the ALUSPHERE hose can last several months under the same conditions. Dry ice cleaning is used for removing coatings, adhesives, residues, etc., in various industrial sectors. The advantages of the process include no damage to the cleaned surface, no aggressive chemicals, no water in the process (compared to high-pressure water cleaning), and no abrasive residue (compared to sandblasting). Dry ice (solid carbon dioxide) has a temperature of up to -78.5°C (melting point), in granulated form, and sublimates to gas during the process. The DRY ICE hose is specifically designed for the transport of dry ice. The inner layer is smooth, made of anti-static synthetic rubber resistant to abrasion and low temperatures. The outer layer is anti-static, abrasion-resistant, weather-resistant, and ozone-resistant. It is fitted with quick couplings and specialized dry ice cleaning guns.
