Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsHose designed specifically for the transfer of AdBlue® (AUS32, DEF) - 32.5% aqueous urea solution. The inner layer of the hose consists of black, smooth, antistatic (R‹10^6 Ω/m) EPDM rubber vulcanized without sulfur. The inner layer of the hose is free from contaminants such as aluminum, calcium, chlorine, copper, iron, potassium, magnesium, sodium, nickel, and zinc, ensuring the highest purity of the medium in accordance with ISO 22241-2. This is particularly important in the automotive industry, where AdBlue® acts as a reductant to decompose harmful nitrogen oxides in the SCR catalyst. Its use allows compliance with European emission standards EURO 4, 5, and 6. For AdBlue® to be effective, it must be very pure, necessitating the use of specialized hoses, tanks, and fittings that are resistant to AdBlue® and do not contaminate it. Ends and fittings for AdBlue® should be made of stainless steel or suitable plastic. Besides automotive applications, the hose is also used in the chemical industry, for example, in the production of nitrogen fertilizers. Inner layer: black EPDM rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic braid. Outer layer: black EPDM rubber. Working pressure: 10 bar or 20 bar. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +100°C (temporarily up to +120°C).
Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsHigh-quality rubber pressure hose manufactured in the USA with an inner layer made of chemically resistant polyamide (nylon). The very smooth inner surface reduces flow losses and ensures ease of cleaning. Reinforcement with synthetic textile braiding provides high pressure resistance and low deformation under pressure. The smooth outer layer made of synthetic rubber is resistant to contact with chemicals and oil (RMA Class B – medium resistance). For hoses with an inner diameter of 1/4" and 3/8", the outer layer is antistatic R<106Ω. The hose is intended for industrial applications, particularly for organic solvents and petrochemical substances. The good resistance of polyamide to many solvents allows the hose to be used in the paint industry for the transfer of paints, varnishes, adhesives, and resins. Chemical resistance and potential static electricity issues must always be considered. In particular, antistatic hoses with diameters of 1/4" and 3/8" are widely used as pressure feed hoses for spray guns in automotive workshops, construction, and industry. Chemical resistance verification: chemical resistance table for PA (preliminary selection), confirmation of resistance and application conditions by Tubes International. Installation: smooth fittings with a spigot ("tail" for the hose) without sharp or high ribs that could cut or damage the inner polyamide layer when tightened should be used. Typical hydraulic fittings can be used. The spigot diameter should be precisely matched to the hose diameter to ensure sealing. Installation depending on working pressure with hose clamps, crimp fittings, or for larger diameters with shell clamps. Typical factory hoses for spray guns often have reusable screw fittings. Inner layer: polyamide (PA), silicone-free. Reinforcement: single textile braid for 1/4" and 3/8", double for 1/2". Outer layer: black synthetic rubber. Working pressure: 52 bar. Operating temperature: from -20°C to +90°C.
Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsHose designed for the transmission of various chemical substances, mainly for acid solutions, bases, ketones, aldehydes, industrial alcohols, and glycols. Basic, classic rubber chemical hose. Frequently used in industrial plants and wastewater treatment facilities for discharging contaminated water and process water. Also suitable for seawater. Inner layer made of antistatic (R ≤ 10^6 Ω/m) EPR rubber (other designation: EPM). Reinforcement made of high-strength cord. Outer layer made of antistatic (R ≤ 10^6 Ω/m) EPR (EPM) rubber resistant to chemicals, abrasion, ozone, and weather conditions. Both inner and outer layers are antistatic. Inner layer: black EPM (EPR) rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: black EPM (EPR) rubber. Working pressure: 10 bar. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +100°C.
Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsHose for the transmission of almost all aggressive chemical substances. Specifically designed for the petrochemical industry for fuels with high concentrations of aromatic hydrocarbons, hot oil, and solvents. Due to the high overall chemical resistance of FPM rubber, it can be used for aggressive chemicals, in many cases also at elevated temperatures. The inner layer is made of smooth black FKM fluorine rubber. Reinforcement with synthetic cord. The outer layer is made of CR chloroprene rubber, resistant to weather conditions, ozone, abrasion, and oils. Confirmation of resistance and application conditions requires contact with Tubes International, especially for temperatures above 50ºC. Inner layer: black FKM rubber (FPM, viton). Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: black CR rubber. Working pressure: 10 bar. Operating temperature: from -25°C to +100°C.
Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsPressure hose for the transport of anhydrous ammonia in liquid and gaseous form. Inner layer made of thick antistatic rubber (R≤106 Ω/m). Reinforcement with high-strength cord ensures a high safety factor of 5:1. Outer layer made of antistatic rubber (R≤106 Ω/m) resistant to chemicals, abrasion, ozone, and weather conditions, microperforated. Hose compliant with the requirements of standard EN ISO 5771:2008 for rubber hoses for the transport of anhydrous ammonia. The hose is particularly intended for ammonia in the production processes of nitrogen fertilizers, cleaning agents, and for the synthesis of many chemical compounds. It can also be used in other industrial sectors utilizing anhydrous ammonia, such as industrial refrigeration (refrigerant R717 – ammonia, used in large refrigeration systems; flexible hoses are primarily used for filling installations), metallurgy, and many others. The hose can also be used for ammonia dissolved in water - ammoniacal water, widely used in industries such as wastewater treatment (pH regulator), ion-exchange resin regeneration, rubber and plastics industry, and boiler water treatment. Inner layer: black synthetic rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: black synthetic rubber, microperforated. Working pressure: 25 bar. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +55°C.
Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsStrong pressure hose with an inner layer made of chemically resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UPE, UHMWPE). The inner layer is resistant to most acids and bases as well as many other aggressive chemicals (at elevated but not very high temperatures), making the hose widely used in the chemical and petrochemical industries. The UPE inner layer also complies with food hose requirements, free from phthalates and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), features a low friction coefficient during flow, and prevents medium deposition on the walls. This significantly facilitates cleaning and allows for use in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and food industries as well. Reinforced with synthetic cord, built-in copper wires for electrostatic discharge. The outer layer is made of chemically resistant EPDM rubber, resistant to abrasion, ozone, and weather conditions. Compliant with EN 12115:2011 requirements (type M, resistance between hose ends R ≤ 100 Ω, guaranteed for hoses up to 40 m in length). Standards and requirements: Chemical hoses: EN 12115:2011. Food industry, contact with food (inner layer): 1935/2004/EC, 2023/2006/EC (GMP), 10/2011/EU (simulant fluids A, B, D2), FDA 21 CFR 177.1520, BfR III.
