The spring consists of a set of 8 disc springs (washer springs) – washers under the head of the screw. This ensures the retention of the clamp's grip and sealing around the entire circumference of the hose, preventing leaks from the installation. The spring mechanism of the clamp allows for automatic adjustment of its diameter while maintaining the clamp's grip. Particularly recommended in cases of large temperature changes. Proper clamping of the clamp is indicated by the screw end protruding beyond the housing of the lock and the flattened disc springs. The internal insert of the clamp protects the hose surface from damage. Installation tightening torque 5.6 Nm (max. 9.6 Nm). Screw/lock material: stainless steel 410. The ECO hose is produced in a manufacturing process compliant with sustainable development policies, using raw materials from recycled clean production waste, renewable energy, closed water circulation, and other innovations. Excellent chemical resistance of PFA and antistatic properties of both the inner and outer layers (R<106 Ω) as well as across the wall of the hose (R<109 Ω) make the hose a costly but technically ideal solution for applications requiring the highest safety in all explosion hazard zones (ATEX). Used in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries, as well as in biotechnology. Not intended for sterilization in an autoclave.
