The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsThick, strong, and flexible pressure hose with steel reinforcement and an outer layer resistant to oil, for conveying saturated and superheated steam. The inner layer has good resistance to high temperature and saturated steam. It can be temporarily used for superheated steam at a temperature of 232°C and pressure of 18 bar; prolonged use with superheated steam reduces the hose's lifespan. The outer layer is resistant to oil, temperature, weather conditions, abrasion, and aging. The hose is used in the chemical, petrochemical, and energy industries, and in other industrial applications, particularly where resistance of the outer layer to oils, greases, and other petrochemical products is required. It is not intended for steam cleaners ("dry steam cleaners"). For steam, use special screw-on fittings designed for steam. To extend lifespan, the hose should be emptied of steam after use to avoid condensate accumulation. The VAPOFER EN ISO 6134 hose is antistatic (R ≤106Ω), compliant with standard EN ISO 6134/05 type 2 class B (Ω). Standard length: 60 m (or 120 m - contact Tubes International). Inner layer: black EPDM rubber. Reinforcement: double steel wire braid. Outer layer: black synthetic rubber, microperforated. Working pressure: 18 bar. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +210°C (temporarily up to +232°C).

The clamp must be selected according to the internal diameter of the hose and the wall thickness of the hose according to the nominal size of the clamp, so that the outer diameter of the installed hose fits within the specified range for the clamp. Preliminary tightening of the clamp requires the use of long auxiliary screws. Material: brass, AISI 316 steel. Operating temperature: up to +230°C. Externally corrugated, almost smooth on the inside. The special profile makes the hose resistant to vacuum and kinking (returns to its shape). As a polyethylene hose, it has very good chemical resistance and resistance to biological corrosion (rotting, decay). It is flexible at low temperatures. The hose is used for emptying septic tanks and portable toilets, in construction, tourist facilities, marinas, and airports. Available lengths: from 10 m to 25 m. Hose material: yellow polyethylene profile (PE). Reinforcement: black polyethylene profile (PE). Vacuum: 0.95 bar (for diameter 51mm ÷ 76 mm); 0.85 bar (for diameter 102 mm).
