Thick, strong, and flexible pressure hose with steel reinforcement and an outer layer resistant to oil, for conveying saturated and superheated steam. The inner layer has good resistance to high temperature and saturated steam. It can be temporarily used for superheated steam at a temperature of 232°C and pressure of 18 bar; prolonged use with superheated steam reduces the hose's lifespan. The outer layer is resistant to oil, temperature, weather conditions, abrasion, and aging. The hose is used in the chemical, petrochemical, and energy industries, and in other industrial applications, particularly where resistance of the outer layer to oils, greases, and other petrochemical products is required. It is not intended for steam cleaners ("dry steam cleaners"). For steam, use special screw-on fittings designed for steam. To extend lifespan, the hose should be emptied of steam after use to avoid condensate accumulation. The VAPOFER EN ISO 6134 hose is antistatic (R ≤10⁶Ω), compliant with standard EN ISO 6134/05 type 2 class B (Ω). Standard length: 60 m (or 120 m - contact Tubes International).
