Lightweight transparent smooth-walled hose made of natural (non-regenerated) fluoropolymer PFA (perfluoroalkoxy), a material with properties similar to PTFE. The hose features excellent chemical resistance, dimensional and shape thermal stability, a very smooth, micropore-free internal and external surface, high pressure resistance, and crack resistance due to excessive stress. Good transparency of the hose allows for easy observation of level or flow. UV resistant. Designed for low-pressure installations of aggressive chemicals or when high purity and chemical inertness of the hose material are required. Commonly used in laboratories, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Due to its excellent insulating properties (dielectric strength 3 to 4 times greater than PTFE), it is used in the electronics and semiconductor industries. The hose is not antistatic (does not dissipate electric charges for non-conductive substances). Not recommended for pneumatic plug connections. Flame retardant (UL94 V-0) and with a high oxygen index (LOI). Safety factor n = 4:1. The burst and working pressure of the hose decreases at operating temperatures above 20°C and is dependent on its height. Hose material: PFA. Shore hardness (D) 60. Operating temperature: from -200°C to +260°C. Working pressure: from 7 bar to 19.5 bar - depending on the diameter and wall thickness of the hose.

Hyperline FX SS AS SI WHITE hose is a lightweight, flexible Teflon hose. Due to its properties, it is recommended for the transfer of hot media and CIP applications. The hose can be supplied by the meter or as complete assemblies. The outer layer made of white silicone facilitates cleanliness maintenance. This solution also protects the operator from burns. High resistance of the inner layer to prolonged exposure to steam. At operating temperatures above +160°C, the maximum working pressure specified in the technical data should be reduced by 1% for each 1°C above this temperature. For example, at a temperature of 180°C, the maximum working pressure for hose AF-FXSS-10 is: 100 bar – (180°C-160°C) x 1 = 100 bar – 20% = 80 bar. The specified value of vacuum is defined for operating temperatures up to 150°C. The hose is standardly available in an antistatic version and is also available in a natural PTFE version. Hose material: smooth inside, corrugated outside, antistatic PTFE (Teflon). Reinforcement: single braid of AISI 304 steel with an additional protective layer of white silicone rubber. The hose is made of a smooth, seamless PTFE tube. The Teflon tube of the hose is extruded under strictly defined and controlled conditions, ensuring its highest quality, minimal porosity, and maximum flexibility and elasticity achievable for a smooth PTFE hose. The heavy-duty HW version is recommended for harsher working conditions, gases (up to 100 bar), and applications where there are cyclic temperature changes. The braid is made of annealed AISI 304 stainless steel wire with a high tensile strength of 1700 N/mm², with a strictly controlled angle of arrangement and tension of the braid wire bundles, resulting in minimal length changes of the hose under high pressure. Due to the unique properties of PTFE (wide temperature range, resistance to most substances and chemical compounds, negligible surface adhesion), the SMOOTHBORE hose is perfectly suited for the transfer of chemicals, foodstuffs, fuels, oils, paints, solvents, adhesives, dyes, detergents, steam, etc. - as well as for classic high-pressure hydraulic oil installations. In cases where there is a risk of static electricity (danger of charge generation and accumulation), SMOOTHBORE hoses made of antistatic Teflon should be used – the antistatic version AS. The antistatic Teflon of version AS is black (contains appropriately distributed carbon in PTFE) and has a resistance R <10⁸ Ω (according to ISO 8031 annex A). This ensures the dissipation and dispersion of electric charges. The safety factor is 3:1; if a 4:1 factor is required (e.g., according to EN 16643), the values should be multiplied by 0.75. At operating temperatures above +130°C, the maximum working pressure specified in the parameters should be reduced by 0.75% for each 1°C above this temperature. For example, at a temperature of 170°C, the maximum working pressure for the hose AF-HWDB-10 is: 240 bar – (170°C-130°C) x 0.75 = 240 bar – 30% = 168 bar. The value "Wall thickness [mm]" provided in the Technical Data refers to the PTFE layer. Hose material: smooth PTFE (Teflon). Reinforcement: double braid of AISI 304 steel. Working pressure: from 40 bar to 350 bar - depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -70°C to +260°C.

The HYPERLINE V (VISIFLON) hose features an inner layer made of high-quality corrugated PTFE, providing exceptional flexibility and vibration resistance. It has a polypropylene fiber braid characterized by low weight and high chemical resistance. At operating temperatures above +80°C, the maximum working pressure should be reduced by 5% for each 1°C increase in temperature. For example, at a temperature of 90ºC, the maximum working pressure for the hose AF-VFPB-19 is: 16 bar – (90°C-80°C) x 5 = 16 bar – 50% = 8 bar. There is an option to order a version with a black polymer braid (version PBB), with similar characteristics to version PB, for applications where bright colors cannot be used. Available versions: standard (orange) and antistatic (black). The antistatic Teflon of version AS contains evenly distributed carbon in the PTFE and has a resistance R <108 Ω (according to ISO 8031 annex A). This ensures the dissipation and dispersion of electric charges. Hose material: spiral corrugated PTFE (Teflon). Reinforcement: polypropylene braid. Working pressure: from 12.5 bar to 30 bar - depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +100°C. Resistant to full vacuum up to a temperature of: +80°C.

Heavy Duty shell clamps in an economical version are primarily intended for rubber hoses for steam, for mounting SSF type steam fittings. Manufactured according to EN 14423 (DIN 2826). Screws and nuts made of galvanized steel (for brass clamps), made of stainless steel (for stainless steel clamps). The clamp must be selected according to the inner diameter of the hose and the wall thickness of the hose according to the nominal size of the clamp, so that the outer diameter of the mounted hose fits within the specified range for the clamp. Preliminary tightening of the clamp requires the use of long auxiliary screws. Material: AISI 316 steel, brass. Operating temperature: up to +230°C. Working pressure: 18 bar (+210°C) – saturated steam, other applications: selection in contact with TUBES INTERNATIONAL®.

BSP and NPT internal threaded fittings for rubber hoses for steam, with a ribbed tail for the hose, with a lock – for installation in the hose using BOSS SBC type steam clamps. The complete fitting consists of three parts – a spherical end GB with a spigot (“tail”) for the hose, a wing nut B with a special internal thread (NPS), and a special GFB adapter with an external thread (NPS) matching the nut and an internal thread of the same size as the fitting. The GFB adapter has a conical polymer or copper insert that works with the spherical end. This creates a tight, steam-resistant, and high-temperature connection that is also easy to unscrew and screw without the use of special tools, using the wing nut. Material: galvanized steel/cast iron. Working pressure: 18 bar (+210°C) - saturated steam. Operating temperature: up to +230°C.
