Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsLight smooth-walled PTFE hose with antistatic properties and excellent chemical resistance. The conductivity and dissipation of electric charges are achieved by the addition of up to 2.5% carbon black - PTFE AS. This allows for a reduction in the resistance of the hose material and meets the requirements of the EN12115 standard, which requires resistance between the ends of the hose to be less than 106 Ω/m. The hose is particularly intended for aggressive chemically non-conductive substances, such as organic solvents, whose flow in a standard Teflon hose can cause the accumulation of electric charges and associated hazards. High purity and distribution of the carbon additive in PTFE ensure compliance with FDA 21 CFR 178.3297 regarding materials approved for temporary contact with food. Flame retardant (UL94 V-0) and with a high oxygen index (LOI). The use of high-quality plug couplings is possible. Safety factor n=4:1. The burst and working pressure of the hose decreases at operating temperatures above 20°C and is dependent on its height. Material: antistatic PTFE (Teflon), black. Shore hardness (D): 60. Working pressure: from 5.5 to 12 bar. Operating temperature: from -200°C to +260°C.

Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsStrong suction hose designed for unleaded gasoline, diesel oil, and liquid fuels containing up to 50% aromatic compounds. Used in industry and transportation for the transfer and handling of petrochemical products, in tank trucks, at road and rail loading and unloading terminals for fuels. Inner layer made of black, smooth, antistatic (R ≤ 10^6 Ω) NBR rubber (NBR1). Reinforced with layers of high-strength cord. Equipped with two copper wires ensuring electrical continuity between the hose ends, provided that they are properly connected. Outer layer made of black, antistatic (R ≤ 10^6 Ω) synthetic rubber, self-extinguishing, resistant to abrasion, oil, ozone, and weather conditions. Wall resistance across the hose R ≤ 10^9 Ω (type M/T). Compliant with standards EN12115:11 (16 bar), EN 1761 (10 bar), ISO 2929 (10 bar), TRbF. Excellent resistance to petrochemical products, strong construction, and antistatic properties of both inner and outer layers, built-in antistatic wires, recommend this hose for demanding applications, including in explosion hazard zones. In any case, however, use in explosion hazard zones (ATEX) should be preceded by a risk analysis conducted by a specialist. A version without wire (type Ω/T) is available on special order. Inner layer: black, smooth NBR rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: black synthetic rubber. Working pressure: 16 bar. Operating temperature: from -30°C to +90°C (temporarily up to +110°C).

Good resistance to kinking. Designed for water, air, and light chemicals in agriculture, horticulture, and industry. Inner layer: black PVC. Reinforcement: polyester braid. Outer layer: yellow PVC. Working pressure at 20°C: 10 bar. Operating temperature: from -5°C to +60°C. As the operating temperature increases, the working pressure value of the hose decreases.
Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsStrong suction hose for oils and fuels. Lighter and more flexible than standard rubber hoses. Flat at rest, facilitating handling and storage. Designed for the transfer and loading of petrochemical products, oils, and fuels in refineries, industry, and transportation. Used for fueling ships, cleaning tanks, firefighting, and military applications. The hose is constructed with a high-strength polyester-polyamide braid, fully embedded in an NBR/PVC compound. It features copper wires ensuring electrical continuity between the hose ends—provided proper connection to the fittings. The inner surface of the hose made of NBR/PVC is smooth, causing no flow loss, while the outer surface made of NBR/PVC is slightly longitudinally ribbed, enhancing abrasion resistance and protection against contact with hot elements. Externally resistant to abrasion, ozone, weather conditions, oil, fuels, and a wide range of chemicals. Does not require cleaning and drying. Resistant to longitudinal loads—during unwinding and pulling (the longitudinal force should never exceed 1/3 of the specified breaking strength; the installation of fittings should consider the longitudinal force). Standard color is greenish-gray (army green). Hose material: greenish-gray NBR/PVC compound embedded in a polyester-polyamide braid during the hose extrusion process. Working pressure: from 16 to 20 bar, depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -20°C to +80°C.
