The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsThe kit is equipped with miniature measuring quick couplings DN1.2 of Swedish manufacture, intended for measuring static and dynamic pressure and vacuum in hydraulic systems. Based on the classic "push to connect" quick coupling design with a plug-locking mechanism consisting of balls, a spring and a locking sleeve. The socket and plug are equipped with valves that ensure leak-free connection and disconnection and tightness, even at 90% vacuum. The measuring plugs are made of hardened steel, durable and maintenance-free. Connections with a male thread are sealed with an O-ring recessed into the face surface (type A) or an O-ring at the face surface (type B). This allows simple and quick configuration of connections. The remaining elements of the measuring set are pressure gauges (not included), mounted in measuring holders, adapters and measuring hoses. The vent valve in the measuring holder allows air bubbles to be removed from the system, which increases the accuracy of dynamic pressure measurement. The kit can be used for pressure measurements on machines equipped with TEMA SYSTEM 100 measuring plugs (some working machines, e.g., VOLVO, HIAB, SAMSUNG) or by installing plugs in the system during measurement. The flexible adapter TA-M-139 allows the kit to be used for measurements on the widely used M16x2-threaded connections. Any suitable type of pressure gauge (not included) with a typical pressure-gauge connection with a 1/4" BSP male thread can be used for measurements with the kit. Recommended pressure gauge version: 63 mm gauge type FM-631 – bottom connection. The pressure gauge is sealed in the holder socket with a thread washer and a 10.8x2.2 O-ring, or with a pressure-gauge washer inside the socket. The kit is supplied in a plastic case and contains the following items: 1. Measuring holder for connection at low pressure (1/4" BSP pressure-gauge connection, quick coupling socket, vent). 2.
