VACUPRESS® OIL oil and fuel transfer hose

All products | Oil and petroleum hoses
Very strong and flexible, abrasion-resistant suction and discharge hose designed for the pressurized transfer of oils and fuels. A special blend of PVC, PU, and NBR provides high resistance to diesel fuel, biodiesel, and blue oil (fuel used in maritime shipping). Reinforcement with a galvanized steel wire spiral embedded in the inner PVC layer ensures good resistance to vacuum and hose collapse. The smooth inner layer reduces flow losses. Thanks to the braided reinforcement, the hose has high working pressure and low deformation under pressure. Used in the distribution, refueling, and transshipment of oils and fuels, e.g., in tank trucks for heating oil refueling in domestic heating systems. Hoses with diameters of 76 ÷ 102 mm have an external polyurethane layer (significantly increasing abrasion resistance) and a copper antistatic wire. Inner layer: black PVC / PU / NBR. Reinforcement: steel spiral, polyester braid. Outer layer: black PVC / PU / NBR (diameters 19 mm ÷ 63 mm); black PU (diameters 76 mm and above). Operating temperature: from -25°C to +60°C (working pressure dependent on temperature).
