Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsThe HYPERLINE FX hose is an optimal solution for industrial applications where high flow rates, chemical and temperature resistance, and permeation resistance are required. It is perfectly suited for the transfer of chemicals, fuels, oils, paints, solvents, adhesives, dyes, gases, and steam, detergents, water, and food substances. At operating temperatures above +160°C, the maximum working pressure specified in the table should be reduced by 1% for each 1°C above this temperature. For example, at a temperature of 180°C, the maximum working pressure for the AF-FXSS-10 hose is: 100 bar – (180°C-160°C) x 1 = 100 bar – 20% = 80 bar. In cases where a substance that is a poor conductor and has potential electrification properties flows through the PTFE hose, the electric charge will accumulate on the inner surface of the PTFE, and to avoid static electricity issues, an antistatic AS variant of PTFE is used. Antistatic Teflon in the AS version contains graphite evenly distributed in the PTFE and has a resistance R <10^8 Ω (according to ISO 8031 annex A). Hose material: smooth inside, corrugated outside PTFE (Teflon) - natural white and antistatic - black. Reinforcement: AISI 304 steel braid. Working pressure: from 50 bar to 110 bar - depending on the hose diameter. Operating temperature: from -70°C to +260°C.
Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsLightweight, semi-transparent smooth-walled PTFE hose with excellent chemical resistance. Designed for low-pressure installations, chemicals, paints, adhesives, liquid and gaseous fuels, oils, lubricants, air, gases, water, steam, and water-based fluids. Used in all types of industry. The hose is not antistatic (does not dissipate electric charges for non-conductive substances). Not recommended for pneumatic plug connections. Can also be used as mechanical guidance for hoses or rods due to the low friction coefficient and self-lubricating properties of Teflon. Flame retardant (UL94 V-0) and with a high oxygen index (LOI). Safety factor n = 4:1. The burst and working pressure of the hose decreases at operating temperatures above 20°C and is dependent on its height. Hose material: smooth PTFE (Teflon). Shore hardness (D): 58. Operating temperature: from -200°C to +260°C. Working pressure: from 2.3 bar to 10.8 bar - depending on the hose diameter.
Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsThe version of the HYPERLINE hose without a braid (Tube Only) is externally spiral corrugated (right-handed) and internally smooth. The hose combines the advantages of a flexible corrugated hose and a smooth-walled hose with undisturbed flow. The standard version is made of natural, semi-transparent PTFE, allowing for visual flow monitoring. The antistatic AS version made of carbon-filled Teflon (black) ensures the dissipation and dispersion of electric charges for substances and conditions at risk of static electricity. The hose material meets FDA requirements (21 CFR 177.1550 for the standard hose, 21 CFR 178.3297 for the antistatic version). It is flame-retardant (UL94 V-0) and has a high oxygen index (LOI). It can be used for the transfer of chemicals, foodstuffs, fuels, oils, paints, solvents, adhesives, dyes, and detergents under very low pressure conditions. Ends can be fitted with crimped stainless steel tube sleeves. The relationship between working pressure and temperature for the HYPERLINE FX Teflon hose without a braid applies only up to a temperature of 150°C. Above this temperature, there is a decrease in working pressure and vacuum. If the hose is to be used above these temperatures, this must be taken into account, and appropriate tests should be conducted under operating conditions. Available versions: standard and antistatic. Hose material: PTFE (Teflon). Operating temperature: from -70°C to +150°C (up to +260°C - working pressure of the hose dependent on temperature).
