Lightweight, flexible hoses made of polyurethane (material options: polyester-polyurethane, polyether-polyurethane), reinforced with steel wire helix, used for the extraction and transfer of abrasive products, dust, sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, loose bulk materials. Also suitable for air, gases and chemically non-aggressive fumes.

In common use especially in wood industry and furniture industry, fitted on woodworking machines and systems of sawdust and shavings extraction. Also popular in the metal industry, plastics industry, food industry, chemical industry, building materials and many other.

Manufactured in standard lengths of e.g. 10 m, but shorter or longer lengths are also available. Diameters bigger than 500 mm are also available.
Depending on the abrasiveness and size of the extracted particles, appropriate hose wall thickness options are available. The ducting hose must be matched with the vacuum value in the system. Working temperature ranges from -40°C to +100°C (for the majority of hoses). Available hose versions: antistatic compliant with TRBS 2153, resistant to hydrolysis and microbes, food grade, flame retardant according to DIN 4102 B1.
